Reconoce que el liderazgo no existe en el vac\u00edo, sino que est\u00e1 moldeado por los entornos en los que nos movemos, desde nuestros hogares hasta nuestros lugares de trabajo y comunidades.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00ed, la corresponsabilidad es vital -<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>...tanto en la esfera dom\u00e9stica como en el lugar de trabajo. Tenemos que normalizar que los padres lleven a sus hijos al pediatra, que sus parejas masculinas participen plenamente en el hogar y que los hombres compartan el trabajo emocional y log\u00edstico que hist\u00f3ricamente ha reca\u00eddo en las mujeres. Pero si nos detenemos ah\u00ed, corremos el riesgo de confundir las tareas compartidas con un cambio sist\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La verdadera equidad va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la asociaci\u00f3n en el hogar.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>Requiere un redise\u00f1o audaz y sist\u00e9mico en los sectores p\u00fablico y privado. No se trata solo de promover a las mujeres a puestos de poder, sino tambi\u00e9n de cuestionar y desmantelar los sistemas que definen el poder, el \u00e9xito y el liderazgo en nuestras sociedades.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>En WEMatter, trabajo estrechamente con mujeres cuyo potencial de liderazgo a menudo permanece invisible en las m\u00e9tricas tradicionales.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Mujeres migrantes<\/strong>\u2014<em>altamente cualificados, experimentados y con estudios superiores<\/em>-Los llamo <em>mujeres en movimiento<\/em> porque no s\u00f3lo atraviesan ciudades y pa\u00edses, sino tambi\u00e9n barreras y percepciones. Muchas son mujeres de color. Algunas cr\u00edan solas a sus familias. Algunas han dejado atr\u00e1s carreras consolidadas para cruzar fronteras. Con demasiada frecuencia se las pasa por alto en las conversaciones generales sobre liderazgo, no porque carezcan de habilidad o empuje, sino porque <strong>los sistemas en los que entran no se construyeron pensando en sus realidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>As\u00ed que s\u00ed, hablemos de corresponsabilidad. Pero hablemos tambi\u00e9n de:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Liderazgo interseccional<\/strong> que reconoce las capas de identidad -g\u00e9nero, raza, condici\u00f3n de emigrante, maternidad- que influyen en la trayectoria de una mujer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cambios pol\u00edticos<\/strong> que reconozcan el trabajo no remunerado, la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n como pilares no negociables de econom\u00edas y sociedades pr\u00f3speras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marcos de liderazgo<\/strong> que giran en torno a la diversidad, la inclusi\u00f3n, la justicia, la dignidad y el cuidado como valores clave en un mundo en profunda transformaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>No s\u00f3lo queremos asientos en la mesa. <strong>Queremos remodelar la propia mesa e invitar a m\u00e1s gente a participar.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>La corresponsabilidad es un comienzo.<\/strong> Pero debe ir acompa\u00f1ada de una intenci\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica y de coraje cultural para construir un futuro m\u00e1s integrador y humano para todos los que nos desplazamos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, I came across a LinkedIn post by Alejandro Moreno-Salamanca, an IESE professor, that highlighted an essential truth: sustainable female leadership requires co-responsibility.
